Entrance for Service and Service oriented products is at the First Street Door. Please only bring bikes to this entrance as there isn't space to move them through the showroom from the North main entrance. If you have a bike in for service now, you'll be directed to either the 409 or 320 location for pick-up. All future service appointments will be completed at 320 Miller.
We will always complete your essential repairs as soon as possible. However, due to high demand, and questionable parts availability, we cannot guarantee how long repairs will take. Also, your bike must be picked up no later than the day after notification it is ready. We have very limited space for bike storage. In order to provide the best critical service possible during our busiest times of the year, non-essential service such as tune-ups, elective modifications, custom work and conversions are offered from November 1 thru February 28. The last day to book an appointment for non-essential work is February 15th, so please plan accordingly. Tune-ups are discounted thru February 28th. Thank You for understanding, we value your business.
